No, seems to me Chungi apologized for what he said/done and Jiho only slept over cus he was scared to go home and have a confrontation with ML. Just the implication of running to your ex and hiding at their house after fighting with your significant ither looks REALLY REALLY bad and would open up another can of worms for MC. Ml and his mom is thw least of his worries.

Okay so Chungi just met Jiho by chance and prob needed a place to stay since obv he's kicked out of their parents house. I'm relieved they just talked tbh as long as nothing happened I think Jiho and Inwoo can work it out (me and my optimism XD)
I want to be optimistic too but long running manwha have a bad track record of yeeting out character development for more drama doesn't help that the main couple are getting less and less more screen time cus of the side couple...
True but not every manhwa. Look at Cherry Blossoms After the Winter, so many seasons and yes drama but nothing too bad to destroy the main couple if that happens, that's just bad writing on author's part. Also I don't mind them focusing on the side couple coz Chungi badly needs character development XD I don't know if I like that the manager fell first tho, he better not be the one to fall harder istg

It's crazy how i first found this manga when it was just starting. I had ZERO patience and had to let it stew...binged read this today. Only jad 2 hours of sleep previously and the sun is already up. No regrets. I'll save chapters up again.

Since i just picked up this story, i'm not as lost compared to the older readers who have been waiting for updates. I relate though cus i dropped so many manwhas/mangas that have taken way too long to update that i felt too lazy to start over.
What i mean is that since the story is fresh in my brain, i like the plot so far. MC is cool?? Reminds me of villainous reincarnation manwhas but the villainess in this case(MC) wants to redeem himself and doesn't make himself out to be a victim...does something about ML too, he basically smacked the "cold hearted, blank faced" ML stereotype outta him in the recent chapters.
I like the ML too, his fate in the PL was so unfair, while his massacre of innocent people in the PL was unjustified...i feel that him killing all those politicians who basically schemed against him his whole life was satisfying. Cus them killing MC wasn't their only fault, ML basically lived a turbulent life in the palace because of em. I say it is karma, though it sucks tht their death is added to his pile of sins. His original blank slate character sheet is starting to develop too, out of the yandere obsessive seme to someone who's self reflecting(?). Idk how to explain. He's not there yet but he's visibly trying.
Also recent chapter sex scene censorship was ATROCIOUS. It was clear as day that MC initiated but the censorship ended up making it look like MC just got forced into it...the way he treated the ML the next day doesn't look like someone who just got raped...like which mf jokes about it in a casual manner to a stranger(him saying he got attacked by an animal)
Anyways, imma stop blabbing. I'm gonna end this rant by saying i hate Manta. Stop fucking picking up r18 stories and ruining it.
