It’s not super plot heavy. In s1 Changdeok takes in Jongwu and they start living together and growing close, and then Jongwu has to take the entrance exam. After he takes the college exam he immediately moves out, and instead of going to college he does his 2 year military service. Now he’s discharged and he reconnects with Changdeok

but he’s already lived way longer than taesun, he’s a couple hundred years old and if he did taesun would have to live to that before he could die and geumryang would die before he reached that as well.
That would be cool but what if Geumryang still lives longer than his bae.. causes hes ancient
