i really don't trust homegirl, y'all. Why so hell-bent on killing Guwon aside from him and the hounds killing her friend. Let's say you do kill Guwon, what next? You think the Hounds, Guwon's devoted cult following, are going to let you fucking slide? You think they won't rampage and burn down the roman empire THEY built and maintained? She is so blinded by the big picture of revenge, she is not thinking about the finer details. If you want to be free from Guwon, leave town and fend for yourself because you are more free not killing Guwon than you are killing him.
Also, i keep thinking about the dream Jinwoo had where they (people of the town) are blaming him for their deaths. I genuinely believe Jinwoo killed his own father and his messed up recollection of the event is what got the already emotionally unstable doctor killed. Now that he is planning to take down Guwon and recruiting townspeople, the townspeople are now at risk.
