I felt like I read a bl manga where the ML likes the MC but while they were having sex the ML called out another name. Mc begs the ML to stop but he doesn’t. The ML moans our “hyung” but the MC isn’t older than ML.

From what I can remember, it was set in a coffee shop, where the MC ran away. Then he run away due to either his ex lover or his family is trying to kill him. I think it was like the French mafia, but it was kind of a mafia theme.
But he runs away to a coffee shop and fall in love with a guy.
And I believe the guy had a butterfly tattoo, or it was a bird tattoo.
