For those who wanted more chapters, then found out the author passed, this was on goodreads in her bio:
"ひるなま Hilnama began her career as an erotic manga artist. At 38-years-old she worked on A Flower that Blooms in Shadow (Kage no Ma ni Hana) and Mikkigan demo Genki desu 38-sai (I'm a Terminal Cancer Patient, but I'm Fine) after her colon cancer diagnosis. Hilnama died on December 12, 2022 from colon cancer."
This was just top tier, masterful, devastating, heart wrenching writing. I was mainly in tears the whole second part. Definitely part of my top reads ever.
