It's obvious that Geumryeong is going to eventually be revealed to be awful, manipulative and completely disinterested in Shinhee's wellbeing but literally Oh Hwi has already been quite literally shown to be the same. Sure he's got all this baggage about having to live up to his lineage and shit but fuck, like can we have just one manhwa that doesn't lock in the ML based on who dicks down the MC first?

Maybe I'm feeling burned from the ending of jinx but I'm going to be pissed if Shinhee fucking forgives and forgets all the bullshit Oh Hwi did to him. I will be pissed if Shinhee suddenly becomes infatuated with Oh Hwi, starts feeling sympathy for him, or feeling like he needs him. What I need is for Shinhee to recognize whatever weird ass shit he's got going on with the yang energy is a strength and start using it to get himself in a better position to escape... Shinhee getting (consensually) dicked down by Geumryeong would be an obvious cherry on top

Tbh the side couple has a more interesting trajectory and dynamic atp.. idk why the story is even continuing w the main couple
