First of all, I sure went through all of them (except the ass one XDD) For me who always have read some yaoi to sleep, I would set a limit, such as untill what time I can read yaoi or how many volumes I may read before sleep. me as an exp(short sleeper): For week days, I can read yaoi untill 1AM.
