Ok so I just went back to check the context for before the flashback because it’s been so long, and decided to write a comment as well.
This is just summery of the couple of chapters before the flashback, which starts at the end of chapter 32 (holly heck that’s a lot of flash back chapters, like 24 dang)
Anyways so basically the dragon is sick for an unknown reason, which teahyuk thinks might be because he’s nearby. And so teahyuk tries to find another dragon (that he learns of their existence form some tiger god that tells him) to talk to them and get help. He goes in the forest area in the rain but then falls and gets hurt. He then talks to the other dragon who seems very hostile towards him. And then the flashback begins.
