It started so good...especially with the unsettling way the artist drew some panels. But then it all fell off on the 2nd half. I think the ML's attitude changed too fast, and the MC's friends didn't do as much as I think they could. Arguably the most interesting guy (Ok-Hwan) was just pushed aside in favor of Sunbae Yu.
Then theres the ending! It felt like the author didn't know what to do and just used the god and his "inteferences" as a way to skip over things they don't want to write. Felt like a big "fuck you!" to the face.
(Also the art style change? Nothing wrong with doing it...but why'd they all become twinky and teenage-looking? The smut after also felt incredibly akward. Are they shooting a porno or something? Stop sticking your tongue out like that MC...A fly might get in)
Yes the age gap is problematic but I think that's what makes it interesting. The MC obviously has no one to care for him and has suicidal ideations- he knows logically that the relationship is wrong but he doesn't care about his life enough to truly detest it. He just wants to die and if giving up his body and life to a perverted serial killer is the way to go then he will.
I almost relate to the MC in that sense. Just letting others take advantage of you because you can't be bothered to do anything about it. There's little tethering you to the world but you can't do the job yourself. So you live like a corpse.
Someone has to cut the crown prince's dick off.
But in all seriousness I think it's a good season 1! The ML is obviously a red flag and they don't try to justify it or make you feel pity for him. Just a pure toxic relationship. I really hope there's a good chasing arc because the MC just needs a good break from that psycho

i'm on ch.17 and while its nice, the MC just feels so...plain?? it's like he doesn't have much defining traits or anything to make him stand out from all the other cute, talented, kind MC's TT...but i haven't caught up yet and they're still updating so maybe that'll change...
