All the talk about how she needs to get stronger in the 11 years she has before the resurrection just for the Grand Duke to attack her in less than a year. Only difference is that she now has divine power, with slightly better swordsmanship in a weaker body.
Then Derek resists Klypso's influence for over a decade and just suddenly devolves into a heartless human being with no remorse? The plot line is so forced and abrupt.
It didn't seem so bad until I got to the ending. There are so many things that are unresolved/answered.
How did Yuri become a spirit? Is it related to her going back in time? How did the crown prince make it to the dukedom so quickly if he's no longer a pact holder? She never bothered telling the Duke about her brother Yuri? And he was just okay with her calling some stranger's name in her sleep?
The last few chapters just feel like they were trying to rush to the happy ending, logic be damned.
