The chasing arc, the grovelling, ML down on his knees begging and crying - this is what I always wanted to see whenever I meet a red flag. And this story gave me that. The MC is no joke too, he knows what he wants and that is not to give in too easily. I love the phasing of this story, the slow phase is just how you want to absorb their emotions.
