The backstory is actually not so bad, we get explanation of their past, and comprehend what made the present that way.
Sure it should be focused on the present, but with the past you actually feel a sense of what?? Idk pity?? Cus they were both very young and truly loved each other.
ML and FL were both to young and that led them to something tragic that caused them their relationship. Idk but I quiet pity them both no one should be able to experience that, buy hey not all path are the same.
Actually if you really a comprehensive person or an open minded one. Youll understand both Ml and FL and take pity on the both of them, their past made a scar to their relationship, hey they were young they were suppose to enjoy being inlove and yet they did, but with disadvantages regarding Financially and Emotionally.
Ml did try everything he understood that he, "the male" should protect and treasure FL; and she understood him to.
However we're in the present we see the burden left on her because the ml thinks she's the root of this and imagined the only person the FL needs is him. Cus he thinks "I got you out of your hell hole, and I protected you. You need me. " that why you wouldn't have the GUTS to leave me for another, cus I'm all you gut.
But that's SHIT minshit, you don't get to start things and pass it like some kind of ball, and let the other suffer. Even though you've done it for that person. YOU WERE YOUNG, BUT NOW YOUR A FUCKING MAN SO HAVE SOME GUYS TO PICK IT ALL UP AND DEAL WITH IT. I don't care how, I mean I'll still accept it if your have a deal with the FL to fix it since you both were responsible for it technically.

I really enjoy all kinds of drama and this one, is one of em, the chairman proved himself to be a groomer, and the ml and mc are both in fact a manwhore, Ive re-read this once again. Ive enjoyed the drama.
Gosh this one was one of my favouritrs I remember reading this when I was 14 and am still inlove with this. I didnt mind the drama because every time theres drama I'd just remember killing stalking, and "mehh".

My theory is seongchan either will be the next NPC or killer, because based on what the other NPC stated "He Who Partakes In The Sacred Act, Shall Be Granted The Honor Of SEEING ALL THINGS RETURNED TO THEIR PROPER PLACE".
Since Bada seened all the gameplay, seongchan is the replacement. Same goes with the killer he seen it and know what needs to be done.
Why was he(seongchan) chosen?? Well maybe the "He Who Partakes In The Sacred Act" part is sacrificing his friends to get out of the game.
Maybe this will end with them waking up again in the van before entering the gate, like where they met Bada for the first time. And they try to turn back and leave the place and shit. I hope we get to see the aftermath.
If we thing about it this is actually really a short story. Cant believe we're already in the climax of the story. I hope everyone gets their ending together.
It's bad ik, but maybe one day author-nim woke up and created this absolute nuisance. And "hey I forgot to add something to the story ima just add it real quick"
Let's just see it as it is, maybe this is the path that this story lacked, "Storm for their lovely path" . I mean yes there were others who came across their relationship, but this is just also part of it that we didn't completely got. This for sure will challenge their trust and hope for their marriage even more. Moreover, those storms didn't need to end after the marriage, like this is completely normal as this is their adult love life.
I know this will turn well in the end, this is just a prickly wall in their relationship and behind that wall is their garden house along side their bakery.
This is their 'drag path' with the sprinkle of 'purple rain' and I'm here for it. I trust what going to happen to this story, lets keep it positive even though Yesss it's excruciating pain for us who loved and favored this black story. This is one of my OG and i won't loose hope.
