okay so I truly love the plot and storytelling of this manhwa and ive been following Soop since their earlier works! but i have one major setback with this work of theirs.... i first appreciated this work because both of the mc's looked like MEN (Ovy Lee Yeon has a pretty face) but their bodies were manly and i noticed in the recent chapters lee's body was so so sooo much slimmer and shorter than in the first season! like he was sooo big and stong but now he just looks like a twink! pluss soop basically changed their whole style EX: the heads got bigger, lee got skinny / twinkified, the detailed eyes no longer exist, lee's lips are HUGE and PINK (not that they weren't pink but still....), and it lost its "rustic" coloring from the first chapters! tbh i cried when I realised that their style had changed so drastically... i was really upset and it lokey turnd me off of the whole manhwa in general. ill 4ever morn the earlier art style.... i hope some people agree and i dont just seem picky lollz!!!!
First of all, that's a really good observation (i didn't even notice anything) and I do agree that Lee got twinkified haha. It's okay to be upset about it, but let's just accept the fact that every artist is meant and will continue to evolve, so it's only normal for their art style to change little by little. (●'◡'●)ノ
i feel like it’s better to have a skinnier top n buffer bottom tho? + i think it’s normal for them to look different when they were different people in their past lives, like take into account the different types of food they couldve consumed in an older time for example. We haven’t seen lee yeon’s body after the past life backstory, and why would it be a bad thing to portray skinnier top x buffer bottom? it’s quite a nice dynamic considering it’s breaking free of the usual buff top x skinny bottom fetish and not applying heteronormative gender norms or stereotypes onto people who aren’t heterosexual, this does include buff x buff gay relationships as those are more often both fetishized and stereotyped than the dynamic at hand.
Yea but I’m mostly talking about the style and way soop draws now… it lost its style ( mainly the facial features & color) you make a point with the loss in weight stuff, but I’m just saying I miss other details that got slowly fizzled out!! If you have time you should go look at season 1 and tell me you don’t see what I’m talking abt, thank you for your opinion though and I’m sorry if I offended you..!

OKAY FIRST OFF I LOVE THIS MANHWA WITH MY WHOLE HEART.... but is it just me or is the way they're drawing ian starting to remind me of a certain someone COUGH *Joo Jae-kyung* COUGH. [side note: this season's way of drawing side profiles is lowkey pissing me off....]
