Now that i think if it, i wrote this at like 3 am with my sleep deprived brain and just after reading absolute regression so u can guess my expectations were high. Myb i was a bit harsh and biased but this is still slop lmfaoo

I meannn at least it saved me time, the last thing I read was the 100th regression of the max player so you can imagine the type of shi I get with. Either way trash is still trash at the end of the day ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Lets start with the brother, his name is Geom Muyang, i really like his character. Mabul, the demonic buddha came back with the brother and along with them came two people criminals basically disguised as uhh brothers ig who provoked mugeuk and in the previous life muguek was upset after losing that competition he fought when he regressed, so he blindly accepted the challenge, this time he beat them and after this we got to know that his brother didnt know about that criminal (basically he didn't internionally made them fight muguek) it was actually demonic budhha who called them to show muyang how much his brother has changed. After that there was a whole arc of muguek going to all the demon supreme trying to get them on his side ( he didnt want all of them on his side tho because that will corner his brother and then he may do something unthinkable)

So basically 5 people were on muguek's side i think and 3 on his brothers ( actually there wasnt any clear distinction because at this point all the demon supremes were kinda won over by mugeuk) and actually demonic buddha is quite a loyal and cute character imo, he never left the brothers side even when his heart was moved by mugeuk and thats what mugeuk likes about him as well. And after that happened. The brothers basically has a swordfight and then a fist fight lol but the muyang was not a opponent of mugeuk who got a lot of fortunious encounters. However, that scene was quite emotional, the brother asked why not kill him since he's basically lost and to further prevent complications but muguek also vented and said he hated him because since childhood his brother imposed the fear or martial world in him and dissuade him from cultivation however he never went too far, his brother never threatened his life and even during the fist fight his brother could have killed him but he didnt. After all this the brothers went to their father and gave up his position voluntarily, hence muguek became the heir, young cult leader



Soma or the evil smiling demon arc was pretty good as well, soma wasn't the kind of person who had friends, however before regression they knew each other and soma's only friend was mugeuk. While soma was dying he said he regrets the life of blood shead he lead. He also has an aversion to showing his face however he showed his face to muguek before regression, the only person who knows his face. Muguek and soma go on a adventure kind, to see soma's world and they fight side by side with their life on the line ( a lot happens i dont remember much) and againts this very powerful energy they were fight, sword emperor something, soma's mask was cut and it was about to slip and soma was visibility flustered but mugeuk covered his face with his mask and told him something like 'show your face only when u want to' and that touched soma. Among the demon supremes Soma is the one who is on muguek's side unilateraly, (after blade demon ig but that old man is a tsundere kinda lol) one time he even kinda went againts his father for mugeuk. Oh and also soma has a love interest, a courtesan named yoo jeong who is special as in she can see the fates of people
