Damn the comments are only hate….well idk why but I was weirdly invested for the last 15ish chapters and I wouldn’t deny the redemption arc completely. Jk did he best he could as a character written by Mingwa lol. Was is worth the hype? Absolutely cause it’s so polarizing. But for me it was something of a guilty pleasure in the end. I liked it for real and damn the eye candy! Glad that I have been a part of this big thing!

Also I mean I‘m glad Itzu is aware that it’s a selfish request, he’s putting it in a way so Yuki gets to decide if she’s okay with it or not. And sure his dream is amazing, it’s not like he just travels the world and expects her to wait for him but when he said this trip made him realize how he wants to travel even more but he will always come back to her, it felt just alittle bit too selfish or too „that’s the way it is, I hope I can still be in your life“ u know what I mean? I wished for them to find a way to work through this together and plan their future together. Rn it feels a little bit like, I’m following my important dream and I hope you’re still there waiting until I finished it. Everything between them told with great love of course but I wished for somewhat of a different dynamic. But we see yukiwishimg for him to rely on her more all the time so I’m sure we‘ll see it all working out in future chapters for them

Just finished it! Amazing, loved everything about it! recommend! Such a refreshing new gen story with quite complex characters. Honestly I never felt so seen and captured in a character like Taira and also Azuma and Nishi! Their inner conflicts and also growths are portrayed in such a realistic and beautiful way. I reaaallyyy wish we had seen more of Azu and Taira tho! Gonna miss em all so much. Now I’m following up with the ramparts of ice by the same author! Watched a couple ep of the anime which aired this season and it seems to have a super similar vibe and character writing

I just read chap 30 and I just need to know! Will there ever be a kiss between Tani and Suzuki??? I don’t have much hope for the other two couples cause from what I know the mangas finished, so there isn’t enough time to develop it BUT main couple?? Do we get a kiss? Just Spoiler me plsssss

I wish so much for them to be together some point BUT in the same time it's sooooo refreshing seeing them staying good friends and support each others dreams and futures while in reality being in love with each other, hiding their feeling for the sake and out of respect for one another. The dynamics in this manag are unmatched. I feel like so many other coming of age stories would use exactly those feelings and setting for drama.

This story is pure love! I hope the author draws from her experience cause being loved like those two love each other… I have no words! Thank you for this beautiful work. Ho, Mr Kwon and Sol are forever my comfort family and a romance I will comeback to until I die!

On my 5th reread or so… the last panels where they’re hugging are so intimate and also kinda sad. Jk is holding onto Dan so tight as if his life depends on it. He’s still super afraid of loosing him. In the same time Dan seems more relaxed and content, which is a nice shift. Also the traces of the nosebleed until the very end are so funny (▰˘◡˘▰)
