…no more Mr. Joo but Jaekyung…no i can live in peace
And you know what? He didn't even call him with "Mr." in the original korean translation, but with "ì„ ìˆ˜" (seonsu/athlete) so he often called him with "seonsu-nim"
Idk how to explain it in another language but in Korea, you often address athletes with "seonsu-nim" like that, for example the figure skater, Kim Yuna, they often called him with "seonsu-nim" or "Kim Yuna seonsu" (athlete Kim Yuna)
AND IT EVEN FUNNIER FOR ME PERSONALLY cause Jaekyung just call Kim Dan with "hey, Kim Dan" and not once (if i remember correctly, please cmiiw) with "Doc Dan" like any other athletes or person in that manhwa...
Cause in the original language, it seems like Jaekyung and his speech is more laid back, often informal (but not rude) like how middle or elementary school kids speak(?) (if that make sense) especially with ppl around the same age as him, but Kim Dan? He's SOOOO polite
Their difference on how they addressed eachother and their tone, expression of words, or their monologue are sooo polar opposite i found that quite funny in the original language
Why is Dane so hot
