they’re cute… of course they’re adorable…
but after going through so much bullshit with these two, I can’t say i’m really happy with the story. I LOVED it in the beginning, it was really intriguing, funny, and engaging. but, like many promising manhwas… just some nonsense comes up halfway through that derails/screws up/taints the story, whether it be a bad plot point or poor pacing or random things coming up.
that’s how I felt about like the last 7 chapters. i wish it felt a bit more like Season 1. it’s not a bad story because of it, but it’s fallen from my ‘omg there’s an update!!’ to ‘oh it updated’, which really pains me because we’re at the part of the story I’ve been waiting for!!
i guess after being frustrated for so long, the payoff wasn’t satisfying enough to offset it. it’s a shame :(
I truly get what you mean like it does feel like we’ve lost the plot I think the part that blew me the most was the get married part, I feel like there could have been some more chapters of their relation before that or maybe it wasn’t the right time for me personally

finding good BLs on this site is like literal dumpster diving. like you think you find something somewhat edible, maybe even good, and oops! halfway through it there’s the fucking MOLD AGAIN. and sure you could eat around the mold and just try to keep eating (and hoping there’s not more mold) but you just gotta live with the fact you ate food that had mold. you can’t go recommending food that had mold in it to anyone else because you don’t A) wanna be seen as a mold eater and B) don’t want someone else to eat mold
dropping this story like a hot cake, SUPER disappointed because I genuinely liked Eunsan. always the fucking seme who ruins it

this is what happens when people mindlessly consume their media they’re just in it to get their rocks off and not treat the characters as more than porn with plot,, it’s like “man who cares so long as it looks hot”
MC went through a lot!! lot of traumatic things!! but iiiiiii just really get exhausted by all of the continuous distrust many MCs (pretty much all ukes) have for their ML. like… they’ve shown their devotion to you over and over and in ways you didn’t even realize they could… and every time that arc concludes, it’s like nothing even changed it really waters down the character development i’d like to see, especially when it’s paired with sort of immature behaviors and antics like in this story
it’s a very tiresome trope that I see a lot across multiple manhwas, and I quite liked the main story, so just seeing the sides tumble into it is a bit disappointing. i think i’ll put this one into the marinating pot and pick up some other time

i’m super invested and find it very interesting, but… i’m at ch 63 and I really just do not want to see another child/minor Qin Xian like ever like i toughed it out for the first world and was reaaaallly hoping it wouldn’t happen again… i’m not trying to accuse the authors of being kinda sketch, but it’s a bit uncomfortable and weird to happen again

I agree I love this story so much but the it's so weird with child qin luckily it's just the first and second world that does that. In the other worlds where qin is a child, the mc acts way more normal thank god
