I get exactly how you feel. It takes a while to adjust, but once you do everything else feels like clockwork. The best advice i can give (in regards to the lab work) is to prepare ahead of time that way you aren't confused during the lab, also set up a timer to time yourself during certain tasks that way you won't spend too much time on one thing ......
