Well, auras aren’t anything all that special. There is science that backs this up, everyone and thing has an aura. To put it simply, if one can generate energy it has an aura. Now, I never really knew of anyone seeing aura with the naked eye unless they are like one of those people that go crazy with the hypnotic psychodelics however, people can sense the energy. They call these people “highly sensitives” sometimes it can go beyond that but then you are going more toward the spiritual side of things, however, highly sensitive people are very common, another word is empaths, but nobody really uses this term. To explain it using actual research go look up more about crystals. Crystals actually have an aura field that can help balance out your own energy field, or aura whatever one likes to call it. For sensitives, to be one, from some of the research books I read on it they are usually people that are born with more neurotic nerves than the average person. The extra nerves makes them more sensitive two their environmental energy. Believe it or not but intention and emotions generate energy. It’s why some people can have intuitions higher than others are become very empathetic to situations they have never experienced. Now, these things aren’t exactly fully researched, not everyone is a sensitive, and everyone can sense on some extent this energy, they can also have empathy. It’s convoluted in spirituality more because this topic hadn’t been explored until a decade ago, so most of the information despite being backed by science are mostly covered in the more spiritual stuff. Simply put, everyone can on some extent sense and feel aura’s, however, to truly be able to tell is not something that can truly be explained. It’s not Something that can be fully taught, to truly be able to sense and/or go further one has to be born with the ability. However, this goes towards that spiritual side of research and that is riddled with fake information, so take it as you will with that. However, there is actual terminology, ever heard of chakra, and not the kind from naruto lol, but in this world everyone has chakra, just by living a healthy life you can balance the chakra. From my research, chakra and aura are connected. But I won’t go into detail, you can research it yourself, there is legit science that back this, so I’m at least not talking out my ass lol but al the images that were taken of auras and all the color codes they use for chakras are literally the same, and when you learn about them you will see they are connected. Majority of people have an unbalance, but if one becomes aware of this side of things it’s a healing journey to balance things out. But like I said I won’t go into the full details it’s a lot and most of the research is geared toward spirituality despite it have science to back some of it up. The best way at least from my experience is to learn chakras, this is the best way into learning auras and energies without being lost in all the religious opinions. Lol, it’s been a very interesting journey for me, though I’m no expert. All I can say as a warning is that a lot of people like to mix it with their religion, and spiritual opinions. So, credible sources can be very rare, if you do decide to go into the more spiritual side, be carful, this will lead you to a different kind of story and that is a whole different but very dangerous journey.
