Let me guess the ml is going to leave, mc realises he’s pregnant. Then the mc doesn’t know who’s it is, then has the baby and realises it’s Ml’s and it either takes a year or two for ml to come back or he comes back straight away and in both scenarios they live happily ever after #－.－)
