FUCKK the symbolism in the front cover is so good!!! has anyone else noticed the details?
i love the ambiguity… like how we can’t tell whether siwon is restraining seonwoo, supporting him from falling.. the hand on his shoulder represents control whereas the hand on seonwoos waist represents intimacy. seonwo gripping onto siwons collar can either be seen as resistance (pushing him away) or dependence (so he doesn’t fall from the window) etc..
- kim shinju used to beat seonwoo extremely badly, it was stated that he’d hit him just weak enough to not break any bones. This happened for 8 months.
- kim shinju and his cronies used to borrow seonwoos gym clothes all the time and bring them back “filthy” and “in tatters”, seonwoo stated that he lost count how many times he had to buy a new one. This is also why he was reluctant to let kim youngjin borrow his clothes.
- kim shinju made him his bread lackey
- kim shinju used to make excuses for why he’d hit seonwoo, saying he “talked like shit” or “his eyes were annoying” and later on he didn’t even bother to give reasons

(Answer provided by the original author)
Q. Favourite episodes/scenes in Season 1:
* Best-drawn episode: Episode 29
* Favourite episode: Episode 32
Episode 32 is the scene where I felt Seonwoo refuses to give up, and it made me truly want to work on this series.
It’s one of my top 5 favourite scenes in the entire story.
Because I love it so much, I want to do it justice, which also makes me feel a bit regretful… TT
Q. Hardest and most enjoyable parts of work:
* Hardest: line art
* Most enjoyable: editing and finishing assistant-drawn parts
Q. What you focus on when drawing Sion and Seonwoo:
* Sion: eyelashes, facial structure
* Seonwoo: eyes
Q. Favourite and hardest characters to draw:
* Favourite: Jaeyoung
* Easiest: Youngjin
* Hardest: Sion and Seonwoo
Thanks to 갱생의 여지 (Friend or Faux), I am gradually learning how to draw handsome male characters.
Drawing Sion while keeping his coldness but also his attractiveness, and drawing Seonwoo with a strong yet soft look is really not easy. I still have many struggles TT
Q. Will there be side stories after the main story? (19+ extras?)
→ Planned to continue content up to volume 4 of the original printed version.
I really look forward to drawing Sion and Seonwoo when they are grown up.
Q. Overseas release plans?
→ The English version is currently being released on Tappytoon, and releases in other countries are also being prepared.
Q. Events, cafes, merchandise?
→ Goods are currently being funded via Tumblbug!
It was planned mid-season and is now in progress, so please show interest!
Season 1 ends at a peak conflict between Sion and Seonwoo, but during the break I hope everyone can relax with the sweeter merchandise illustrations ^^
I will also answer more questions on SNS after confirming with the company.
Thank you to everyone who sent questions!
Request maid sketch:
There were other requests too, but I draw slowly so I could only finish one…
During the break, I will occasionally draw and upload on SNS!
I have many ambitions and shortcomings, and have gone through many difficulties, but thanks to my assistants, PD-nim, Ridibooks, family, friends…
And above all, the readers,
Thanks to your love and support, I was able to safely finish Season 1.
Thank you so much!
I will repay you with beautiful drawings worthy of your love for the series!
After the break, see you in Season 2. I love you all very much
