Same here. I totally understand why people would be upset tho, but when you have low self-esteem you just can't help it. You feel hopeless and if you have trauma from being rejected ( not serious trauma but still something like it) you have no hope of being loved. smh

Actually if u go to yaoi manga a lot of people point out how yaoi always starts with rape and that they're making it look romantic , honestly it doesnt matter it is a boy or a girl who's getting raped , either way its just that people see the story from different perspectives and it also depends if you're in the mood to read something smexy and u wouldnt mind the rapey aspect of it, hope that cleared it out(≧∀≦)

Well, double standards. But honestly, this is a porn site. If people read those unrealistic, fetishized stories (doesn't matter hetero or gay) and think this is something special, great, romantic, beautiful, emotional, ART – I'm at the loss of words. I enjoy reading yaoi and some stories are pretty good. But at the end of the day even the most realistic are just about sex and feelings in a very exaggerated and unrealistic manner. This is not the kind of literature or entertainment that makes you learn something about life or makes you a better person. So I really think people should chill and don't take it too serious.

I agree with u on the first part but Mangago is definitely not a porn site, it contains a lot of beautiful and famous mangaka’s works which are mostly not yaoi and hentai! It’s just a web platform that blesses us (people with no social lifes) with our reading preferences (๑>◡<๑)

Just gonna paste my comment from earlier here - Some psychology here, since its boy x girl it is gross bc it is almost too realistic to real life. All we have to do is turn on the TV if we want to see a girl being taken advantage of by a guy. Its sickening and its constantly shoved down our throats. I feel like yaoi fulfills this strange desire for women to feel like we are not always the weaker ones or the recipients of harrassment. Comics like this are too close to home for us to fully enjoy it without comparing it to our real life experiences and it appeals to straight male fantasies so we hate it. I hate it. Her boobs are very cute though and I like some of the smut scenes, but the plot disgusts me.
