He’s explained it well enough, he wants to cut ties. He doesn’t want Jaehyuk is his life anymore, and to be at peace of mind he needs to pay back the 1 MIL Jaehyuk spent on the ransom. But like Jaehyuk said, how exactly is he going to achieve that? By ruining his life and his health? Ending up in an hospital with no money to pay the bills?
The better option would’ve been for Seo Yeon to put his pride aside, suck it up, step away and accept he’s never going to be able to repay that money. Right. But up until now he has depended A LOT on Jaehyuk and after the sudden end of their relationship he has way too many negative feelings he needs to deal with, plus an horrible situation, while still witnessing the man who is making him suffer the most acting in contradictory ways. He just wants to put an end to it and he thinks that end is in paying that 1MIL back. And to pay it back, he’s not dumb, he knows regular ways won’t work. So he’s resorting to the only thing that he has left. His body. This isn’t him begging at Jaehyunk’s door for sex, it’s a desperate man deeply suffering and trying to heal but keeps finding himself in situations that he thinks will haunt him if he doesn’t resolve them yet they have no solution. Plus this is two birds with one stone because he didn’t need to say everything he said about him being good at giving head and stuff, but purposefully did it to make Jaehyuk suffer as much as he can.

Plus, I think it's worth noting that Jaehyuk and Seo Yeon relationship was very much transactional from the get-go. Jaehyuk had sex with Yeon "to make him of use" at the beginning and he stated so plenty of times. It particularly comes to mind that one time he "rescued" Yeon from being further sexually assaulted in the club when he was drugged, only to rape him himself in a fit of anger, while saying something along the lines of him being the one who would pay him the best for his services (aka, treating him like a sex worker), so really, offering to pay his debt with sex work is basically Yeon remind Jaehyuk of the things he did up to that point to make things end up that way, and therefore, making him miserable too.
I see, that what it was. I am sorry that I didn't comprehend the situation enough. And from my lack of understanding since I rarely come back to read this work made me lack continuity of the story and each character perspective. I’m not a huge fan of the story itself but I think dismissing what’s happening rn with Seo Yeon offering sex as payment to "I wanna fuck" is dumbing down something that is actually pretty well written when we consider how we got this point in the first place. You said it all

The revenge is acceptable but the story is unnecessary long, why Kyou isn't dead yet? And how about random female characters got raped every fucking arc, and harem appeared out of nowhere. I get that it is a fan service and comedic relief but it just empty. The intense tone of revenge plot is very clear and why do you have to add this shit? I am disappointed in the author but will still keep following this until the ending folded.

In the first episode, Homes and Moriarty fought with fists like the Shounen genre WTF? The perspective seems strange as well when Moriarty is in Sherry's body walking through the hallway. The art style is not that beautiful.
