This has the same feeling as a show on Netflix called "End of the F***ing World." It was so good and heartbreaking, but if I had noticed the tragedy tag, I probably wouldn't have read it.
Had the same thought! Similar endings too. I like to believe they had the same fate as the characters in “End of the F***ing World” though. ;_;
I fully expected the last chapter to do a time jump to Mizuki as a young doctor visiting Rei's grave. I'm actually really relieved it ended happy because I was already crying by chapter 5.
