So the runaway part didn't last that long than I thought it would, lowkey. However, he did eventually resorted to leaving that apartment (where the ML also moves in next bldg) and contacted one of his superiors at the military (not part of the assault-the-mc gang) and works for him so he could provide an apartment for him to stay in. Unfortunately, the baby needs the father's pheromones and the mc is a recessive so he had a really hard time yet he surviving and shit, but of course, ML wouldn't allow that. He went batshit crazy when he lost all tracks of MC after his little escapade but eventually succeeded in finding him and went CRAZY again. He invaded mc's space because apparently he couldn't just leave him all alone and pregnant even though the MC revealed that it's not even his to begin with (which was obvi a lie) anyways that's all for now.
