Mc has powers and there is a doctor in the school that tells him his partner is somewhere close. It’s black and white and appears pretty old like 2019-2020 release. It isn’t mainstream popular but had a pretty high rating of 9.7(?). I read it quite recently, not sure how I discovered it. Read first 3-4 chapters and all of this happend. I really wanna find it. Keeps me awake at night, thank you :(
