angst for the sake of the story is nice bro
but angst for the sake of angst is only annoying, not even frustrating.

so literally mc is in love with ml, he thinks ml will friendzone him so he friendzones ml first. he says he's trying to get over him but he does everything but that.
the novel is even more frustrating.
the author adds flashbacks for the things that happened 10 sentences ago.
I hardly enjoy it.
mc is just painfuly selfish, he's supposed to be clever, right? not sure if he is.
"find other friends and then we'll talk" that's what he told ml. you too have no friends dude, did you forget that? (⊙…⊙ )
it's not like ml is a saint but at this point I feel sorry for him.
it is portrayed that ml is THE best actor there, but whenever he talks to mc or tries to lie to him he becomes the easiest person to read.
wtf i should've only read the novel
unlike the manhwa the storytelling and the story itself are nice in the novel.
they slowly build a bond together and you can tell that there is an emotion that connects them together.
things aren't rushed and they're not too slow either. i personally liked the pacing. AGAIN unlike the manhwa where there OUT OF NOWHERE, suddenly is a f*cking scene.
I genuinely can't understand why would they delete cute scenes from THE ORIGINAL novel??? to add 'intimate' scenes that aren't intimate at all??
okay the novel isn't particularly deep, and it's not supposed to be. because it's cute and that's enough. but man the manhwa is shallow, no chemistry no emotional connection whatsoever and above all random sex scenes that nobody asked for (including the washed over r*pe)
dude this was supposed to be a lighthearted manhwa to lighten my mood, I even checked novel's tags to be sure. but here we are. ( T﹏T )
