Idk if anyone's mentioned it yet but mc seems to have ocd, right? Those extreme thoughts and goals seem like it. I mean, both of them seem to be suffering from something for sure. Insomnia is usually a symptom of another mental disorder. Looks like ptsd in this case.
This is such a great story. I don't usually like college stories, but this got me so interested. Even the smut is great every time. Just a fresh story tbh.

Both the OCD and highly driven family dynamic, it really made me relate to him and it got me so invested. Its rare to see OCD portrayed correctly (not just the "I need to be neat and tidy" and the actual "if I dont do this by this time in this exact way im a failure and im going to die") and ive been struggling with mine lately so this made ne feel better about myself
It is rare to see it in stories and not be explicitly stated, though i have a feeling it might be later on.
