She said "gay sex that isn't rape is the hardest to portray in the series" which makes sense because this manhwa is centered around sexual abuse. That's different from "can't imagine gay sex without rape"
My interpretation from her saying the sex scene without rapes was the hardest to portray isn't that "she doesnt understand" or "she's a woman and she has a rape kink" its moreso that because of how dark the theming and most of the story is, its hard for the author to properly encapsulate the two characters having sex wholesomely after having drawn the same character getting raped so much
