If you want an app, look into Tachiyomi and Mihon. I switched a few months back and I'm never going back.
(FYI, I'm not scamming, they are free and open source apps that connect to various websites (like mangago) in the background. Tachiyomi was taken down and a few apps, here Mihon, resurfaced to take its place.)

Its probably just the chrome version made into a "app"you can use in your homescreen , otherwise it doesn't exist because they're not allowed to do that lol, mangago is a piracy website ,if they made an app it would cause them a lot of trouble.
So I'm not sure what exactly you're seeing because I don't have it in my app store, good luck though
