For once I wish these stories would switch to a decent ML partway through and the protagonist genuinely kicks the asshole to the curb by the end
My delulu ass is holding out for that so I keep reading lollll
That or a humiliation / groveling arc for the ML
I'm really curious if there ever was a manga where the protagonist ended with a different guy than the one he was dating/in love in the beginning..
Have any of you ever read a story where the couple broke up and mc started dating someone else (and better)?
The ending and sloppy character “development” is so frustrating that it’s better to just re-read a series you like instead of this
It’s even worse because the first 3 chapters seem decent but the author is delulu, I swear they must be dating an asshole irl and trying to justify the rationale in their fiction or something
Genuinely feels like the takeaway they meant to convey is “settle for less, put up with assholes”
