I rooted for Dan, hoping he'd become less forgiving towards others and be more selfish for his sake. Realistically, I'm aware people dont change easily but if author was going to rush the ending, I would've preferred for Dan to leave everything behind.
I didn't feel any love whenever I saw Dan and Jaekhyung interact. After seeing everything that Dan went through because of that dude, how could I? The author has interesting concepts for their stories, I only wish that they learned to develop their characters better since this one felt like the same trope as the one in BJ Alex.
It feels like toxic dependency rather than actual love
Maybe just I'm a Taehee glazer (he's my Top 3 frfr) but he had always been someone that does things for his own sake, plans meticulously and avoids making mistakes by any means necessary.
Right now, his actions are confusing, like a push and pull with how he's currently treating Jaegyeom. It's supposed to be confusing since Taehee himself is feeling conflicted. I strongly recommend reading the novel to understand more of his character and inner dialogs even though I personally think this adaptation did well at that.
