I was looking forward to seeing Sayoung's face when j pushed him, but oh well, I guess it will only be in my imagination. Sad to see that some scenes were cut too. Anyway, the art is good as always.
I don't know if I'm happy that it's a short story and this way the author can't mess it up like many others, or if I'm sad because we will miss so much of the story. Wish we could see a baby ╥﹏╥

Chapter 23 from the novel is where the webtoon is now. The sex i think it's 20 Chapters later or more.
I have a hypothesis: At first, when he suffered the accident, I believe he was really dying. But to save him, his mother did something, and that brings us here. The system is a way to save him, and with that, perhaps the mother is dying as a price for saving him.
I think people forget that this story is R15, so yeah no smutt for now.
But I do think the author said that the season 3 would be R18, I don't remember well.
