Ts is entertaining but it has the dumbest plot ever. Naive dumb kid turns into naive dumb man and collects balls over and over again to make dumb wishes. The first one being messed up and getting a woman’s underwear instead. Idk I was disappointed cuz I always thought the plot was deeper when I was a kid. Doesn’t take away the fact that the series is good character development is great and design after the first part in the 1980s is good. You can tell dragon ball is an element of its time

I think author did not want to make it incest as she says in the notes that you will find hints regarding the love of him in texts. Probably it is more brotherly love but we selectively perceived it as romantic love. But it was a heavy ending for sure and I dont have hearth to read it from the start to end.
Halfway through part two and the writing quality falls off.. act 1 should’ve been longer and drawn out and should’ve been the entire csm story imo
