Put it on Google Drive so you can get a link. Go to the manga's page and click the flag button to report smthg. Go to the "other section" and put your link and the chapter's number. In a few hour you'll get a notification saying "your report has been fixed" and then the chapter will be out.

Well, if the manga already exist and you want to add a chapter, then you go to the already existant page. If you want to upload a non existant manga here (chapter one so) , I think any would do, just add the tittle, author and all necessary infos. It should work the same.

Well it’s a nonexistent manga but I don’t know where would I add the title, author, info etc.

Or if it's too difficult, at the end of the homepage, there's "contact us" you'll surely get an email address where you can send all of it.
