Is there anything that can be done about translator groups like Paradise, Myth, Kaizen, and Desire (and any other shitty AI “translators”/rude translators)?? Other than being annoying, disregarding upload rules that have been in place across platforms, and rarely even translating sound effects, it’s incredibly disrespectful to the artists and to readers (imho) that they use AI for their translations. (This is not an invite to defend AI use, take that convo elsewhere, you won’t change my mind)
Every time I subscribe to a new manhwa, it feels like the “updates” are actually just yet another group uploading chapters that have already been uploaded. It makes things so hard to read bc the chapters are this crazy patchwork of repeats and officials.
I know it isn’t just me who feels this way bc every comments section of the manhwa is filled with ppl saying the same thing I am—being frustrated by all the competing translations, hating the poor quality and lack of effort, and noticing the crap AI they use. I don’t know what level any kind of solution to this issue would have to happen on, but it’s been driving me absolutely nuts!!
