What the title says. My spirit animal fr.

So, I’m reading some stories that people have recommended again and again, this one was in that list.
I don’t know how to feel? Conflicted is probably the right word. I will say I’m only on chapter 25, I usually give stories this amount of chapters to solidify how I feel about them.
I’m not going to lie, the MC PISSED ME OFF. Don’t get me wrong, everything that happened to him, damn, I’d also be quite pissed off and feel similarly to him. I think it’s just the way he expressed it that ticked me off, this is just how I felt reading it though. Not saying what how he was expressing his upset was bad? Just saying it personally really pissed me off.
I expect a bare minimum of maturity from characters that are depicted as adults and he just seemed to me like a kid in an adult body. (I’ll also say he looks like a kid, which made me really uncomfortable). He was throwing tantrums, which to me set off a whole lot of emotions between cringe, anger and empathy for his situation. I wish I could get more attached to the story? But so far it’s only been non-consensual intercourse and the MC wanting me to put my head through a wall. The start of the story probably wasn’t for me and it probably gets better?
I’ve also been reading a lot of healthy communication, so coming back to the ‘no communication lol’ stories is getting to me more than usual.
Overall I’m going to drop it, I don’t think I can sit through more (￣∇￣")

I was going to get pretty mad at Sangwoo, then I realised I’m just like him fr. Although I don’t mind that much when people make grammar mistakes, I’ve seen people really bothered by it lol. Most of the time I tease them a lil by making more mistakes on purpose ╮(￣▽￣)╭

I genuinely started crying so hard at the baby’s name, my native language is Spanish, so it may have hit around 10000x harder.
This is genuinely a beautiful story, I have not cried reading something in years. It may or may not have also risen my standards because HELLO-??? The communication and the way they love each other??? PLEASE I need this irl ╥﹏╥
Never going to forget this story and I’ll keep the writer in my radar, that was absolutely precious writing

Can I just have a second to gush about the art style? LIKE OH MY GOD, somebody give that artist a RAISE. The colours? Absolutely beautiful, the expressions? Stunning! And how they paid attention to using the correct style of architecture for the locations? I know most if not all backgrounds were 3D but honestly it didnt bother me as much as it usually would because of that attention to detail.
3D backgrounds usually (to me) dont blend quite well with the 2D drawings but I dont blame the artists becasuse drawings the backgrounds would take SO LONG. But the way they incorporated them here with the style sometimes was something I LOVED to see and even studied a little.
The story was beautiful, what can I say? I love my fluff to be DOUBLED after the main couple gets together, it feels satisfying to see their dynamic in the actual relationship develop and show how they actually work as a couple.
Another thing, the fact that Karlyle's mother wasnt as asshole was refreshing, I dont remember much on his father being mentioned (my bad) but from what I recall he also wasnt too bad. Seeing the character's problems stem from daily life and family is realistic, its not always ONLY family making thing difficult in a relationship, it can be external thing as well.
About their relationship obstacles... YES, COMMUNICATION!!!! Oh my god it felt soooooooooo good to have a couple that actually spoke healthily about their misunderstanding and actually like- TALK????? Help each other grow and feel safe enough to speak about the small, embarrassing insecurities.
The story overall wanst annoying or burdensome to read through because they stablished an issue, then delved into how the characters that were aware of that felt and their approach, they learned from this and applied to future problems, and even if sometimes they failed to apply what they had learned, they communicated why they had failed to do so. LIKE ACTUAL HUMANS- I cant express how happy it made me to see that. THAT is what makes a story so immersive to me, the development of the characters through the story not only romantically but also seeing how they apply that in their personal lives.

Anyways, definitely was worth reading, I loved the ending too, I am running to follow the artist and writer on whatever social media they have. ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄

On a very tiny note... the smut ate for real, ANYWAYS LMAO

I’ve seen a lot of people say this is the ending and if it is, that ruined the whole story for me.
That might be a little dramatic but I just can’t see the MC the same way and feel really bad for the other guy #－.－)

Great art style though and I was enjoying the story but damn that ending

read this chapted during my break, it was very nicely written.
I've had that same feeling before with people, overall this lines up pretty well with people's beliefs when they say 'everything happens for a reason'.
If anyone that is reading this is going through a rough patch, its so overdone to say this, but it truly does get better if you keep fighting!

Im really glad things were finally at least a little bit clarified, with the amount of blush the art style has, I was beginning to think there would be a plot in which Misuzu was going to question wether he had feelings for Sanada lol (￣∇￣")
