Anyway, I hate Rezef, but when they showed us a POV from Rezef side, of how the emperor always try to beat him up also take everything he loved since a kid, I cant blame him that Rezef got a shitty personality. That child just dont know how to love, cause no one give him an example of how.
I understand that hes a kid from the empress’s paramour, but that child didnt asked to be birthed and cant choose to pick a parent ffs.
For those who read the novel, can you please tell me the spoiler, what is gonna happend to Rezef in the end of the story?
Yeah, as much as we understand his past, it doesn’t change the fact that at present he's still a villain. He only wants to do whatever he wants, doesn’t give two shits about cayena's or anyone else's opinion and obviously all his other issues.
As for his ending, ml exiles him to the countryside. He spends the rest of his days carving chess pieces and sending them to mc with letters. If I remember correctly, mc never opens them, rather she just stores them away somewhere
I see… well being exiled is better than death ig. At least hes not in a hand of someone crazy and died because of them just like what MC experienced in her past life. The sister is still have a soft side for her brother afterall.
