Almost no dialogue in the entire chapter and yet it's by far one of the most heartfelt, emotional, romantic scenes in the story. The desperation and longing comes through so beautifully. This mangaka is so damn talented and I want nothing but the best for my yakuza daddies.
I'm glad we achieved gender equality and all but Etienne's deadbeat daddy does NOT deserve to get away scot-free. Dammit, where is the pathetic groveling? I need thst bum-ass emporer to fall to his knees sobbing and beg for forgiveness only for Etienne to look down his nose and say "you may be my emporer, but you'll never be my father"
