A lot of people complaining or wishing that serena reincarnated as a girl but like in the end the point is that they are not the same as their past lifes. Sure their souls are the same but their experiences on this life is what makes them who they are and we saw how serena wished that she could stand and fight along side him as her last wish and her wish was fulfilled. I want to think their relationship transcended just romantic feelings. The only people that had their memories were the ones that had regrets about their past life and to me it was clear that the reason why yuuma and serizawa did not is because they did not care about anything else but just being together with everyone and especially sirix. It did not matter to them to keep their memories as long as they were all together. Anyways loved this manga it was so good and i loved the ending too because keidai was finally released from his regrets and can finally appreciate whats infront of him, which is all of them alive and well together, even as different people.
idk if its form the translation but the story was reallllyy confusing + and the ending felt idk not complete. Like i feel like we skipped over many things, the reason why misaki even wants this, what happens to the rest of thr world? the other second gens? war? why are the first gens alive if mei is dead? idk the idea was there but wasn’t executed well i feel like. The very weird plot points lowk made the story.
Agree with a lot of things you questioned and the ending was unclear (possibly the series got axed and so the author had to wrap it up quickly) but why misaki wanted the “wirepuller” in everyone was explained in ch46 where she said it was very calm and composed and one would make no mistakes following their guidance. In theory that sounds great right, why wouldn’t you want everyone in the world to have something like that?
When did mei die though I am not too clear about that. However while tsubomi took meis reproductive organs and gave them to daichi, she only took half of them and she still had the other and that’s how I think she was able to create the dolls of the 1st gen.
Midori’s ability allowed her to do a similar thing but required the transfer of their checker to load their conscious and memories. It’s not explained how she managed to make the bodies for the other second gens in the basement but considering the last chapter mentioned the usage of checkers it’s possible kazu’s father used both concepts to “revive” the second gen. However not all checkers were able to be retrieved so not all kids were “revived” (such as miho) and there were discrepancies due to broken ones (such as wakaba). What I don’t understand with this is there ought to be many more checkers that weren’t able to be retrieved so they should have noticed more people being gone but it felt like everything was pretty much back to normal minus miho, midori, and daichi.
Definitely feels like certain aspects were not explained enough and even if the intention was to make the reader theorize how the ending came to be, the fact some of those aspects were not well explained in the first place makes it hard to believe something might work
SOMEONE SPOIL IM SO CONFUSED
Yuh so…
Elijah is actually “Nico” Arthur’s friend in his past life along with a girl. The girl and Nico are together but Art ends up actively participating in her suicide (without his knowledge) and ends up being the reason she’s dead, so Nico ends up hating Art. It is unsure whether Elijah really was Nico in his past life or whether Nico’s soul came into Elijah’s body but from the manhwa it seems like the former and he looks like he’s starting to remember

I am so horribly bothered by the change in artstyle. Im coming back to reading this after 2-3 years of letting it marinate and im sad. I reread all of it and all the extra chapters this week and the art style change is so obvious to me. The eyes that conveyed so much emotion and drama in the first 150~200 chapters have become emotionless and boring. Even in parts in the last 30-50 chapters where soo much happens and my favorite characters almost died, i feel like i couldn’t connect with the story because the panelling, the art and eveyone is just so bland now. The stylized art of the author rly died in recent chapters and it makes me soo sad. Im glad I will get to see the story finish but… Just wish it looked like before. The softening and dulling of the shoujo artstyle and shoujo eyes is actually the most horrible thing to happen to the genre….
I haven’t read this since yona was forced to go back to the palace. Can you tell me if she escaped or if she was really forced to be engaged to soo-won?(I hate his guts) I was so sad about the development, especially since Hak and yona finally got together ;;
Okay I was going to wait for an answer but fuck it. I’ll reread it all over again, even though I don’t know where this story is heading
