The ML(?) is a court magician/artifact maker who supposedly isn’t good at regular magic, but he’s secretly extremely overpowered/monster-like and can kill easily. The other guy is a young prince (I think the 7th prince) who constantly faces assassination attempts. The magician makes him artifacts, including a poison-detecting one that accidentally neutralizes all taste/nutrients in food.( they don't have a romantic relationship) At one point the magician massacres assassins sent after the prince. The prince later dies but is revived using the magician’s special power/ability. The magician also makes some kind of deal with the crown prince. Then there’s a timeskip and the prince grows older. I remember there being only around 10 translated chapters when I read it. Does anyone know the title?
