Really wish the beginning of the plot was her waking up from a coma from a very bad public accident that occurred. That would have given people a better explanation as to why she’s suddenly “a different person” or “changed”. Rather than her just appearing to have changed for the better all of a sudden.

I thought this was gonna be backstories about already existing characters from the main story but majority of them are about random people I don’t know of. Do they appear in Ragnorok ? I haven’t read that yet. Their backstories and character designs are just so bad to me. If you’re gonna do clichés do them good at least Why do they all look like genshin impact characters it’s just weird. I liked the chairman’s backstory but that was it, I don’t care for the rest of them. Well actually some characters do feel like they’d fit into the world somewhere. Like that Ice witch girlie, the guild master ? She seems like a real character in the world. But that tarot card girl and those weird kids Them in particular, are just so outlandish that picturing them in the same world as or next to Sung Jinwoo is just so weird idk. The twin kids designs are so annoying and obnoxious to look at to me. The foundation of them isn’t what annoys me, the ideas of their backstory or “powers” is fine but like everything could have just been WAY better. Speaking from an artist viewpoint. It just makes me mad. Blergh.

I think that all of these weird characters that feel out of place are hunters you can play as in the video game, to try to flesh them out a bit more and ground them in this world.. but I agree, they don't quite mesh
