Pleaseee someone play doors with me

So I have a friend, we met in the orientation and we've been friends since then. So like few months ago, I asked him if Clueless movie is nice, thinking that he already watched it. He answered with "Personally, I don't like being clueless." so I thought he was joking so I replied with "Haha so funny." I didn't know he was being genuine, and that he was hurt by my joke. Since then, he stopped talking to me and I let him because it's my fault afterall. But I just missed him sm since he was the closest friend I have in college, so I talked to him and apologized.

Ever since then, we became civil with each other. After our talked I realized and learned a lot of things. Until now, I feel sorry and miss the bond that we used to have. But I don't regret it. Because if it didn't happen, I feel like I will still be clueless as I was before. We're greet each other and hang out with our friends sometimes, and I still want to restore our friendships. But i won't force it of course. If we're meant to be friends, the time will surely let use be close again. But if were not, I guess that's it for our friendships.
