At first I didn't really see where everyone was coming from but now I agree, the ml is giving me the Ick and I hate using that word but he is(´。＿。｀) also just weird vibes, he's manipulating and doesn't really listen to her. Also him saying "even if you hate me" means that he knew his actions could lead to her hating him yet he still does them.... He's selfish and kinda gross but she's just as bad for not drawing a line and giving in so easily
