You should try using animeplanet I think it’s called and they have a bunch of filters so you can just search there and read on this site

Yeah, for now I search somewhere else, but it's not really efficient. It's really bothersome. So I ended up reading there and not using mangago as often as I used to anymore. ☹

they have added "subscribe" box when you check you manga as now reading or already read. uncheck it. it should work.

Same here. Always got excited for a new chapter after I just read a new one the day before. It was just a late notification

I think it is related to a specific time each day

it's always like that,

In my case the notifications are not a day after the chapter is released but every day at 15.00 (3 pm).

There's this anime called Houseki no Kuni. It's one of those that don't look interesting but turn out to be very captivating. I almost dropped it before watching it and I'm glad I didn't. You should really give it a chance.

It literally means another world. So, now the reincarnation/transported to another world plot is becoming very very popular in novels - which then adapted to mangas - and unfortunately often overused. If you go to novelupdates, you will be surprised to see that majority of the novels are isekai novels... well, many of them are worth reading so I don't mind..
