The families would definatly interact with each other. He's worried his son would get influenced by their behaviour or even worse get hurt because of it because did you not see what just almost happened, the son almost got smashed in the head. It's not wrong for him to be worried because its something hes been observing for a while, he just never voiced his opinion on them because his son was happy with Charlotte. I'm not saying separating them would be a good thing. But it's not wrong that he thinks that way (=・ω・=)
I totally down for a quest for character growth. I love seeing it. At least she regrets her past and has a second chance to make amends.
Having another soul in your body controlling your actions. The soul loves someone else and the MC loves another. It's selfish of the soul to control her and force her to reject the person she actually cares about. Like it isn't your body anymore. I think it's worse when they are separated, like Priestess and the MC aren't the same. But then again, it's like two souls battling in one body.
