If you want more details though: he gets gang raped due to juyeon (for the second time, yes it happens TWICE) then juyeon sends him to the hospital- that’s when jiwook begs for him to stay I think out of fear something bad might happen again (might be wrong on the reasoning part I can’t remember too well) ||
and they just like.. be together ? that it?? like that’s how it ends? does jiwook fall in love with him and that’s why he begs him to stay?? I know the novel is marked as no love but idk can you give more details on the ending? I dropped the novel at like ch 15 ish
Just reread the last chapter and uh yeah. Jiwook didn’t fall in love with him he was just scared of being abandoned and having the gang rape happen again. He also didn’t hate Juyeon because he believed what Juyeon said about their past was true and he was sorry about it (so I guess he sorta justified Juyeons actions?)
Also, just realized you said you ended at 15 and I don’t think the backstory was revealed yet at that time. Basically, Juyeon and Jiwook knew each other back in middle school- they both had a crush on each other but Jiwook had some internalized homophobia. So, when Juyeon confessed, Jiwook decided to tell all of his friends about it and they gang raped him. It was also implied they forced Juyeon to do sexual favors afterward.
ahh shit that’s crazy.. so does juyeon fall in love with jiwook at least? and do they literally just choose to stay together? and I might pick it back up but can you explain where juyeon was going every Saturday I think dressed in black?
I mean they never explicitly said it but I don’t think he does they just stay together. And if I’m remembering correctly I think Juyeon was visiting his mom in the hospital
