I read it, and i'll be the bad one, this is not for me and I'm surprised for the high rating. I've read a lot but everything about this is meh, the leads have no chemistry and the plot is just not it.
For the leads: Frankly as much as i want to excuse some of MCs action due to his circumstances, he's such a brat most of the time that its hard to like hime. He also made some questionable choices for being impulsive and i just can't stand it . As for the ML, he needs to go back to elementary and learn the meaning of consent! heck even if the MC is in heat we've seen you being sober before, so don't hide under throes of lust you sicko. I'm also surprise with how selfish and dense you are, the MC haven't shown anything to indicates that he loves you and yet you're still trapping him with a baby?! The leads need a shit ton of therapy to clean their head.
All in all for these two leads' love is indeed an illusion . This manga is a complete case where the pheromone is the one doing the overtime work because why can't I emember a single panel where the two could have fallen in love or might have developed feelings for each other? Even the fact that they ended up together again after MC gave birth is only because the MC realized that he bonded with the ML. Then suddenly we're supposed to accept that they're suddenly all lovey dovey and romantic? hell nah!.
Frankly if not for the plot i can't see these two working out.
