That's what I'm afraid of too. People (especially teens) don't realize that sites like this are Illegal. All it takes is for the manga authors to hear about this site through social media like TikTok, Twitter, Instagram. etc. Then next thing you know there is a lawsuit against Mangago and they will be forced to shut down.
