The MC is chasing after the ML and still wooing him. We are currently in the flashback what went wrong and why the ML is angry with MC. Apparently in the present the ML was like to the MC āWhy did you left and betrayed me? If you came sooner I would have forgiven you.ā It was kind of ambiguous at first is because the MC seems like the type to stick to the person they love no matter what. But we got to the flashback and thatās when things became clear. Apparently the two had young love. Then the MC outed the ML to his abusive father (we still yet to reached that part. But it was already mentioned in the previous chapters that the MC outed the ML.) the ML runaway and dropped out of school, MC felt betrayed tracked where the ML is and tried to kill him (like if I canāt have you mindset then you better off dead.) but the MC called his name while sleeping so the MC didnāt kill him. The MC disappeared, continued to study art in the overseas and became successful. The ML got married to please his abusive father but the marriage fell through. After the divorce the MC resurfaced. It turns out he has been watching all along. He orchestrated a 10 year plan, got famous, wealthy and influential all just so he could have power to protect the ML. (MC was poor when they were young). The father hurt the ML again and the MC found out about it. Barged to MLās fatherās house and beat the heck out of him and burst his ear drums.

This has such a good story, it is the only BL story I read so far where the MC didnāt villainize the MLās ex wife. The MC was like if thereās one person the ML has to apologize for it is his ex wife because he hurt her emotionally. The MC is very reasonable person. He didnāt hold grudges when the ML married a woman to please his abusive father even though they both promised to only love one another. The MC honored that promise but the L didnāt. Nonetheless the MC still pursues the ML. If you are into a strong MC then this is definitely for you.

Thereās really not angst ngl. The main lead is super in love and supportive and the story is smooth and sweet with the usual abo issue. The problem is the side story that most have skipped. I recommend you to do the same honestly

Okay so the thing is idts people understand Shuraka.. because yes even though this is the normal plot line where Shuraka is a little wrong but from his POV, He has been away from Tei for so long and Tei hasn't even acknowledged Shuraka's love for him and Shuraka knows that right now all Tei feels is loyalty or responsibility towards him , given the fact that Shuraka was really mistreated by the palace and his own mother , he wants Tei by his side no matter what and that's why he is doing this. Ofcourse not justified but Shuraka is very very young and had responsibilities from a long time , and given his age he is behaving exactly like a ruler who is a little immature, scared of being abandoned and so so i am really looking forward to how they both develop a soft heart for each other as time goes by and A long time fan of BWAT i just know their tops are always a little twisted at the mind so I am not gonna say anything for now lol i trust bwat
